Role SummaryScreaming Circuits is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of our marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on e‑commerce growth and website performance. This role is responsible for translating our marketing strategy into effective programs, managing external marketing partners, and driving measurable business results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, digitally savvy, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment where experimentation, optimization, and accountability matter.
Key Responsibilities E-commerce & Website Performance- Own marketing performance of the Screaming Circuits website
- Monitor and improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and user behavior
- Partner with vendors to optimize landing pages, UX, and funnel performance
- Identify friction points and drive improvements
- Execute and optimize digital marketing programs (paid search, SEO, email, etc.)
- Manage campaign performance against defined KPIs
- Continuously test and refine channels, messaging, and targeting
- Drive qualified leads and revenue growth
- Define, track, and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, traffic, revenue contribution, etc.)
- Use data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives
- Clearly communicate insights to leadership
- Lead day‑to‑day coordination with external marketing agencies and contractors
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing activities
- Ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and results‑focused
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements
- Partner with key partners, sales, operations, and leadership
- Participation and support for relevant industry trade shows
- Ensure marketing supports business priorities and customer needs
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Experience in digital or e‑commerce marketing
- Comfort working with analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Ability to manage agencies or external partners
- Bias toward action and experimentation
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Commercial mindset (revenue & ROI awareness)
- Experience with e‑commerce or conversion‑focused marketing
- Familiarity with paid acquisition channels and SEO
- Experience optimizing marketing funnels and landing pages
- Comfort working in technical, manufacturing, or engineering‑driven environments
- Experience in hybrid B2B / B2C models is a plus
- Improved website conversion and user engagement
- Clear visibility into marketing performance
- Efficient customer acquisition and growth
- Well‑coordinated vendor execution
- Marketing initiatives tied directly to business outcomes
