Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email lifecycle marketing within a DTC ecommerce environment Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation flows and A/B testing Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategies and retention tactics Ability to analyze data and customer behavior insights to guide marketing decisions Passion for fitness, sports, and wearable technology
