Archrival is looking for an inspiring leader to oversee the day-to-day execution of our Field Marketing programs, bring brands to life through authentic campus communities, meaningful partnerships, and impactful consumer experiences. As an Archrival Field Marketing Manager, you will manage college ambassador programs, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and ensure ambassadors have the tools, resources, and direction needed to deliver impactful brand moments in their communities.

THE ROLE
  • Lead the day-to-day execution and growth of field marketing programs, ensuring impactful brand experiences across various communities.
  • Develop communication strategies, resources, and best practices that drive ambassador performance, accountability, and engagement.
  • Manage program timelines, deliverables, and activations from planning through execution.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to align campus initiatives with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Monitor program performance, compile reporting, and translate field insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program engagement, expand campus impact, and enhance the ambassador experience.
  • Build a strong sense of community among ambassadors while fostering collaboration across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing program development initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted program partner to clients and internal stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Experience managing programs, communities, teams, or ambassador initiatives with a passion for developing others.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with college students and emerging talent.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a distributed network of brand ambassadors.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning insights into action.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present to clients, teams, and ambassador communities.
  • Passion for youth culture, experiential marketing, community building, and authentic brand connections.
