Confluence Environmental Center – Ameri Corps Volunteer

Join Confluence Environmental Center’s Ameri Corps program to create greater access to healthy foods, green spaces, clean waterways, outdoor experiences, energy‑efficient homes, and transportation in the Portland, OR area. Partners include Portland Public Schools, Portland Community College, Cottonwood School of Science and Civics, the City of Portland, Mt Hood Community College, and the Housing Authority of Clackamas County.

As a Confluence Ameri Corps Volunteer, you will address critical environmental needs in low‑income communities through habitat restoration, conservation, community engagement, watershed health, education, volunteer coordination, land stewardship, community gardening, and more. You will spend approximately 80% of your time with a community partner and 20% with Confluence Environmental Center for training and development.
