Position: Anahuac Farm Operations Coordinator

Type: Full Time Employee

Reports to: Anahuac Program Manager

Pay Range: $50K – $58K Annual Salary

Work Setting: In person at Anahuac Farm in Turner, OR

Period of employment: 1 year upon hiring, renewal is depending on funding and performance

The Anahuac Farm Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the daily operations of the farm and assist in the maintenance and upkeep of grounds and equipment. This position supports daily operations through grounds maintenance, equipment operation, facility upkeep, seasonal property preparation, and collaboration with program staff.

The ideal candidate is someone who believes in our mission and values, enjoys working collaboratively in community-centered environments.

This position requires teamwork, adaptability, physical labor, and participation in ceremonies and community activities that are fundamental to the work of Anahuac.

For this position, the individual must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. They should be able to learn how to operate work equipment and be capable of lifting up to 45 pounds.
