Lines for Life seeks a Youth Line Volunteer and Youth Development Coordinator to recruit, train, and support youth volunteers across sites. You will coordinate scheduling, mentor volunteers, and strengthen retention while collaborating with the Youth Development team.
You will participate in crisis intervention trainings, support program operations, and help develop recognition programs for volunteers. This is a hybrid role with in-office and remote days.
