Job Summary:

• Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of public areas, corridors, and resident rooms
• Restock supplies and refreshments for residents
• Assist with laundry, ironing, and other tasks as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas and supply closets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall experience for our residents

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations
