Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name: Dosing Nurse

Location: Portland, OR

Setting: Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Clinic & Mobile Unit

Pay: $30/hr (LPN) | Up to $34/hr (RN)

Shift: Early Morning Schedule | Full‑Time

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active LPN or RN license in the State of Oregon.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on patient care experience.
  • Willingness to float between clinic sites, including mobile unit coverage and future Gresham location.
  • Basic computer proficiency, Microsoft Office experience, and accurate documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or outpatient clinic settings.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and controlled substance protocols.
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
Job Summary

The Dosing Nurse plays a vital role in supporting patients receiving medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. Working collaboratively with the Medical Director and clinical leadership team, this nurse ensures safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and a supportive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering prescribed medications in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitoring patients prior to dosing and reporting concerns appropriately.
  • Maintaining strict medication inventory control and daily reconciliation.
  • Performing basic clinical tasks such as vital signs, lab collection, and screening support.
  • Assisting with patient scheduling, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Supporting audit readiness and regulatory processes.
  • Providing coverage at additional clinic sites and mobile dosing locations within the metro area as needed.
