Qualifications- Education meeting certification, licensure, or registration requirements
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire
- BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
- OCN certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- Minimum 3 years of relevant oncology RN experience
- Experience delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably in an ambulatory setting
Full-time Supervisor Navigator RN opportunity in Portland, Oregon, supporting a large, integrated cancer care network while leading oncology nurse navigation services across multiple sites. The Supervisor Navigator RN provides day-to-day supervision for a team of 23 Oncology Nurse Navigators across four Providence Cancer Institutes. This is a working supervisor role that combines leadership responsibilities with direct patient navigation for a defined patient population.
The Supervisor partners closely with the Director of Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience to support workflows, care coordination, and adherence to ONS Oncology Nurse Navigator core competencies. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, collaboration, and team development within a complex oncology environment.
