Mary Francis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one‑on‑one client care. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Perform in‑home nursing assessments and reassessments
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Complete nursing delegations for caregivers in accordance with Oregon regulations
• Provide ongoing delegation oversight, including training, competency checks, and follow‑up visits
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Monitor changes in condition and recommend appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Other duties as assigned

• Active Oregon RN license (required)
• Experience in home care, long‑term care, or community health preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
