We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at multiple locations.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
- Document patient care in medical records
- Deliver care following accepted standards
- Collaborate with team members, monitor, and refer patients as needed
Qualifications include current licensure, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS certification.
