RN Manager - Surgical Services (PACU/Endoscopy) at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position. This role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates and relocation support for qualifying applicants. Lead two acute care teams in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and the Medical Procedures Unit (MPU/Endoscopy), supporting and guiding approximately 50 caregivers, including an Associate Nurse Manager, in high‑volume, fast‑paced settings.

• Provide overall management and leadership of the PACU and MPU/Endoscopy units in alignment with Providence mission, vision, and values.
• Lead two acute care teams and support a large caregiver group, ensuring high standards of clinical and operational performance.
• Foster an interdisciplinary leadership environment that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and patient‑centered care.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
• Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Recent first‑line management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.

Pay Range: $65.24 - $102.99 per hour. The base pay range may be supplemented by additional compensation such as shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
