Registered Nurse, NICU (0.75 FTE Part-Time, Day Shift)

Salary: $57.90 to $84.50 per hour

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse license upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
• Minimum one year of nursing experience

Part-time 0.75 FTE NICU Registered Nurse working weekday and weekend day shifts providing high-acuity neonatal intensive care in a patient-centered hospital setting in Portland, Oregon.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team in a 0.75 FTE part-time day shift role. The NICU RN provides specialized, high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns while collaborating closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, development and implementation of individualized care plans, monitoring complex neonatal conditions, supporting families through education and advocacy, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
