CRNA Opportunity in McMinnville, Oregon About the Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon - a 60-bed Level 3 trauma center with a CRNA-led anesthesia department. Practice at the top of your license in a truly collaborative, non-supervisory environment at a family-owned company that's been delivering exceptional anesthesia care since 2005.
Schedule- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM | No night shifts
- Average 32-40 hours/week
- Call 1:7 weekdays & weekends | Post-call day always off | Take call from home
General surgery, orthopedics, OB/L&D, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, healthy pediatrics, and regional anesthesia opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits- W2: $300,000 | 1099: $360,000
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- 13 weeks guaranteed PTO
- Medical 100% covered | Dental & Vision 75% covered
- Professional liability $1M/$3M included
- 401(k) with 3% employer match
- $2,500 CME reimbursement | License fees & AANA dues covered
- No moonlighting restrictions
Active Oregon CRNA license (or eligibility), NBCRNA board certification, DEA registration, BLS/ACLS.
