Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate ExpressCare

Join the Providence Express Care team as a full‑time nurse practitioner or physician associate. The clinics are mission‑based, community focused, and offer a 3‑day week schedule that supports patients from primary care, urgent care, and emergency departments.

Express Care provides critical access to communities in person and virtually, with 30 twenty‑minute appointments scheduled in a 12‑hour period. The staffing model includes a single provider and a medical assistant, with support across the system. Compensation may include productivity incentives.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine and can work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Nursing and physician‑assistant candidates who enjoy responding to the needs of the local service area are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $136,928 – $186,781 per year. Benefits include health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401(k), malpractice insurance, quality incentives, productivity bonuses, CME benefits, and an optional sign‑on bonus.

Schedule:
