As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns. You will be responsible for monitoring laboring mothers, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring the health and safety of both mother and child. Your expertise and compassionate care will be vital in creating a positive birthing experience.
- Monitor and assess laboring mothers and newborns
- Assist in the delivery process and provide postpartum care
- Administer medications and manage pain relief options
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Epic experience required
