In this collaborative structure, the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner reports to neonatal advanced practice leadership and the Medical Director of Neonatology, with daily partnership alongside attending neonatologists. You will lead comprehensive neonatal assessments, manage ventilatory support and stabilization, perform procedures within scope, guide family education, and contribute to rounding, transport readiness, and discharge planning. You will be supported by friendly nurses, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, social workers, and a diverse inter‑professional team that values cultural humility, teamwork, and continuous learning.
