Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursing Home (12-Hour Shifts)
Facility: Oregon Care Center
Location: Oregon, Missouri
Schedule: Flexible Hours – 12-Hour Shifts (Days/Nights Available)
Pay: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare team members.
- Accurately document care in resident charts.
- Supervise CNAs and assist with staff coordination.
- Follow facility policies and state regulations to ensure quality care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Flexible scheduling: 12‑hour day & night shifts available.
