Nurse Manager—Home Infusion Pharmacy—Portland, Oregon. Full Time, Days. Implements and administers policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. Determines staffing needs. Assigns staffing and is responsible for meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards. Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan. Upholds standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare related field or equivalent education/experience
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role; caregivers required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request expected
• 4 years of Home Infusion experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
