Travel LPN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking a travel LVN/LPN for a New Member Desk role in Portland, OR, supporting new member onboarding in a Monday-Friday, daytime outpatient setting.

Job Details

• Outpatient clinic setting focused on new member onboarding and care coordination,

• Responsibilities center on the New Member Desk department, supporting new patients as they join the health system,

• Work involves onboarding questionnaires, scheduling PCP appointments, paneling patients to a PCP, and transferring to additional departments such as dental or specialty services,

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:15 PM with no weekend or night shifts,

• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week,

• Uses Epic EMR,

Job Requirements

• Active Oregon LVN/LPN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable),

• Active Washington LVN/LPN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable),

• All licenses and certifications must be active - pending licensure is not accepted,

• Epic EMR experience,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

• Local candidates are accepted - local and travel rates are the same,

• Per facility policy, contingent workers cannot remain on assignment beyond two years (cumulative) without taking a minimum 90-day break; this applies regardless of whether the work was continuous or involved multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
