Sapphire Health Services seeks dependable and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for its Float Pool, supporting skilled nursing and Post-Acute care facilities across Oregon. Ideal candidates enjoy variety, flexibility, and compassionate resident care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care following care plans.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers and positioning using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Support infection control and safety protocols.
• Document care accurately and timely per facility standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a background check.
