OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians while ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver effective care
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Active LPN license (state-specific)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
