Oncology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity | Kaiser Permanente – Portland, OR

Location: Interstate Medical Office Central – Portland, Oregon

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient oncology coverage while recruiting for a permanent provider. This role focuses primarily on follow‑up care and treatment management in a collaborative oncology practice.

• Follow‑up oncology visits at 3, 6, and 12‑month intervals
• Manage active treatment and surveillance patients
• Order oncology‑related testing and diagnostic studies
• Refill medications and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with ancillary services and care teams
• Manage patient messages, basket work, emails, and follow‑up communications
• No new patient consults required

• Outpatient Oncology Clinic
• No Call Responsibilities
• Approximately 20 Patients Per Day
• Strong support from Medical Assistants and Case Managers
• Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Opportunity for assignment extension

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Oncology experience required
• Recent Epic EMR experience preferred
• Vaccination and Booster Required
• Oregon License and DEA required prior to start
• Washington License and DEA also required (licensing candidates considered)
