Oncology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity | Kaiser Permanente – Portland, OR
Location: Interstate Medical Office Central – Portland, Oregon
Facility: Kaiser Permanente

Schedule: 4x10‑Hour Days Weekly | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Call: No Call
Compensation: $110/hr

Position OverviewKaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient oncology coverage while recruiting for a permanent provider. This role focuses primarily on follow‑up care and treatment management in a collaborative oncology practice.
Clinical Responsibilities- Follow‑up oncology visits at 3, 6, and 12‑month intervals
- Manage active treatment and surveillance patients
- Order oncology‑related testing and diagnostic studies
- Refill medications and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
- Collaborate with ancillary services and care teams
- Manage patient messages, basket work, emails, and follow‑up communications
- No new patient consults required
- Outpatient Oncology Clinic
- No Call Responsibilities
- Approximately 20 Patients Per Day
- Strong support from Medical Assistants and Case Managers
- Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Opportunity for assignment extension
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Oncology experience required
- Recent Epic EMR experience preferred
- Vaccination and Booster Required
- Oregon License and DEA required prior to start
- Washington License and DEA also required (licensing candidates considered)
- Estimated 45–60 Days
- Licensing candidates will be considered
