Part‑Time | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay + Benefits. Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric‑focused care in long‑term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities.

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long‑term and senior care facilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient‑centered care
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
• Document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company‑issued iPad

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000 to $34,000 per day per week worked (1 day/week = $22,000–$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000–$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.

• Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
• Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• 2‑5 years’ experience in podiatry post‑training (preferred)
• Long‑term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, independent settings
