Position: MDS Coordinator (LPN or RN)

Looking for flexibility, strong compensation, and a team that has your back? Laurelhurst is hiring an experienced MDS Coordinator (MDS experience required) to join our supportive and collaborative team!

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay: $53–$58/hr DOE (based on experience & licensure – LPN/RN/BSN)
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly over 12 months)

Flexible Work Options
  • New MDS Coordinators will be supported onsite for the first 6–12 months
  • Experienced MDS Coordinators may be eligible for flexible scheduling sooner
Qualifications
  • MDS experience required
  • Active LPN or RN license (BSN preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CMS regulations and reimbursement processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Currently licensed LPN or RN in this state
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • One year of MDS experience preferred

Compensation

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.

Sign on Bonus

$15,000.00 sign‑on bonus for full‑time position
