Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Portland, OR.

- Skills: Aneurysms and repair, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Craniotomy, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Intracranial bleeds, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Lumbar drains, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, Management of dysrhythmias, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Post TPA care, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Seizure disorders, Spinal cord injury, Substance Withdrawal, Surgical drains, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Titration of Insulin drips, Tracheostomy care/management, Traumatic Brain injury, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
