Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - SKILLED NURSINGHOURLY PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE, $32-$38 PER HOUR.The Holgate Center is a CCRC in the heart of SE Portland and we are looking for a caring compassionate person to join our Friendship Health Center Skilled Nursing Staff. This Skilled Nursing Facility is a resident focused care community with a long history. Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medication Technician/Aide, Restorative Aide,Job Classification Department Staff Position Purpose May provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Graduated from an accredited college or university.

Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oregon State.

Current CPR certification.
