Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN
Marquis Companies, a growing and dynamic healthcare organization with several thousand employees across California, Oregon and Nevada, is seeking a Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN.
As an RCM, you will utilize your nursing experience to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the implementation of CAAs. Your role will include coordination with physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, families and managing care through the charge nurse, certified nursing assistant and medication nurse to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents.
This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.

- Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate state with strong assessment and care planning skills.
- 2–3 years experience working as an RN is required.
- RNs with some long‑term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in nurse supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
- You will receive excellent, hands‑on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
