Position Overview
Zoom Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. Candidates will develop their skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership.
Compensation- Base Salary $135,000 – $150,000 (34 hours per week)
- Payable through performance‑based bonus model
- Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible roles
- 401(k) match of 4 %
- Shift differentials and floating incentives
- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
- Paid Time Off: 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME
- Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Sabbatical
- State license, DEA, BLS, professional organization reimbursement and $2,500 annual CME allowance
- Up To Date membership and medical malpractice insurance
- Average 34 hours per week with full‑time benefits
- No admin days and no on‑call time
- Scheduled appointments with no late shifts
- Two‑week training period with travel to various clinics; schedule during training may differ from standard clinic schedule
- Additional mandatory training possible outside scheduled shifts

- Hawthorne: 3060 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR 97214
- Provide preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams and procedures
- Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model
- Deliver evidence‑based medical care
- Collaborate with a Physician for on‑demand access
- Physician Assistant:
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with NCCPA certification - Family Nurse Practitioner:
Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner - 1–2 years post‑graduation experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
- Experience with patients of all ages
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
- Must demonstrate 2,000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer
- Standing for long periods of time
- Fit‑tested for N‑95 mask; must be clean‑shaven where respirator seals or wear mask as needed
- Work may exceed scheduled hours and/or occur outside regular business hours to complete essential duties
- Ability and willingness to relocate to different clinic locations based on business needs
All patient‑facing employees must receive required vaccinations:
Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella, TD/TDAP, and COVID‑19 as a condition of employment. Medical and religious exemptions or reasonable accommodations may apply.
