Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

Zoom Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. Candidates will develop their skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership.

• Base Salary $135,000 – $150,000 (34 hours per week)
• Payable through performance‑based bonus model
• Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible roles

• Average 34 hours per week with full‑time benefits
• No admin days and no on‑call time

• Two‑week training period with travel to various clinics; schedule during training may differ from standard clinic schedule
• Additional mandatory training possible outside scheduled shifts

• Provide preventive care, illness and injury diagnostics, wellness exams and procedures
• Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model
• Deliver evidence‑based medical care
• Collaborate with a Physician for on‑demand access

• Physician Assistant:
  Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with NCCPA certification
• Family Nurse Practitioner:
  Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• 1–2 years post‑graduation experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
• Experience with patients of all ages
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
• Must demonstrate 2,000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit‑tested for N‑95 mask; must be clean‑shaven where respirator seals or wear mask as needed
• Work may exceed scheduled hours and/or occur outside regular business hours to complete essential duties
• Ability and willingness to relocate to different clinic locations based on business needs
