• Rapid Patient Assessment – Triage and quickly assess patients to determine severity of illness or injury.
• Emergency Care Delivery – Provide immediate interventions such as wound care, IV therapy, airway management, and CPR.
• Medication & Treatment Administration – Safely administer emergency medications, fluids, and treatments as ordered.
• Monitoring & Stabilization – Continuously monitor vital signs, patient status, and stabilize critical conditions.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team – Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other staff to deliver coordinated emergency care.
• Patient & Family Communication – Educate and support patients and families during stressful, urgent situations.
• Documentation & Compliance – Accurately record assessments, treatments, and ensure adherence to ER protocols and safety standards.
