• Provide direct patient care for adults in a medical‑surgical unit, including assessment and monitoring
• Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapy, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Perform and assist with routine procedures; support care plans and interdisciplinary therapies
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff; support discharge planning and patient education
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and privacy standards; advocate for patient needs during night shifts

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 3x12‑hour night shifts
