RCF Manager – Full Time

Salary range starts at $75k /year. Higher compensation may be offered based on experience and qualifications.

Are you a compassionate, motivated leader ready to make a difference every day? Holladay Park Plaza is seeking a Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator to lead and support our Residential Care team and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

Holladay Park Plaza, part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Portland’s Lloyd District. We proudly support up to 36 Residential Care residents and more than 200 Independent Living residents.

• Conduct and document resident assessments
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their representatives through regular communication
• Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance support to help staff thrive
• Maintain accurate resident charts in accordance with medical record standards
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies
• Perform other duties as needed to support community operations
• This role includes on-call availability outside of regular business hours as needed.

• One year or more of experience in long-term care, residential care, caregiving, medication administration, or a related field
• Current Residential Care Facility Administrator license
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a heart for serving older adults
