Description

The Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and upholding nursing practice standards. The supervisor oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve quality and skill levels. They lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are delivered efficiently, safely, and timely, while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Compliance with clinic policies and procedures is also maintained.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Three years of direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • One year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
  • Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably in an ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
