Job Overview
This part‑time position (32 hours /week) primarily travels to Clark County, Washington. The hospice nurse, under physician direction, completes medical requirements while coordinating a whole‑person plan of care. The role is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act. It also includes coordinating care activities with the health‑care team.
Qualifications- Education meeting certification, license or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience in an acute‑care setting, and/or a combination of medical/surgical, long‑term care, home health, or hospice experience
- Experience using electronic medical record software

PayBase pay range: $53.27–$74.30 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonuses.
Location & ScheduleJob schedule – part‑time, multiple shifts available.
