Lead RN - Long Term Care
Position:
Lead RN at Providence Child Center, full‑time day shift (.6 FTE, 2 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating weekends).

The Lead Nurse coordinates the clinical operations and activities on their nursing unit, manages patient/resident care flow, distributes workload, maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and conducts yearly performance evaluations for CNAs on the unit.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient/resident care, implement workflow distribution, ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, conduct performance evaluations for CNAs, and contribute to quality health care delivery for age‑related needs.
Required Qualifications- Education meeting certification, license or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
- Criminal history check in compliance with the Department of Human Services
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care
- Supervisory experience

Pay Range$44.58 – $69.21 per hour (base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
