Clinical Staff Supervisor
The Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and clinical workflows within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and upholding nursing practice standards.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and clinical workflows.
- Lead clinical staff to ensure patient care services are provided efficiently, safely, and timely.
- Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
- Initiate quality improvement efforts to enhance staff skill levels.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
Competitive wage range: $53.19 – $82.58 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonuses.
