Overview

Join the Providence Express Care team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate to bring comprehensive primary care to underserved communities. The clinics operate a 3‑day per week schedule, providing 30 twenty‑minute appointments in a 12‑hour period, with both in‑office and virtual visits to ensure predictable, patient‑focused care.

• Provide direct patient care in a fast‑paced, clinic‑based environment.
• Perform clinic procedures, critical thinking, and diagnostic assessments across a broad spectrum of conditions.
• Work independently to support primary care, urgent care, and emergency department overflow.
• Collaborate with medical assistants and the broader Providence Clinical Network to deliver coordinated care.

• At least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine.
• Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Proficiency in independent patient management and rapid decision‑making.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation.

• Full‑time, 3 days per week schedule.
