We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse
- Case Management for a 13-week on-site travel nursing assignment in Portland, Oregon. This opportunity is ideal for an RN who thrives in an acute inpatient environment and enjoys coordinating care across adult, emergency, and pediatric populations. Located in a scenic Portland neighborhood, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic short-term acute care hospital setting with access to green spaces, local dining, culture, and outdoor recreation.
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1900-$2040
- Start Date: 7/28/2026
- Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- On-Call: Not required
- Minimum 2 years of acute, inpatient, hospital case management experience within the last 5 years required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, or pending license with application submitted to the licensing board
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Experience with inpatient medical/surgical, emergency department, and pediatric populations required
- Epic experience highly preferred
- Coordinate case management services for adult inpatient and emergency department patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care planning
- Assess patient needs, discharge planning requirements, and appropriate resource utilization
- Support care coordination across adult inpatient, emergency, and pediatric settings as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record system
- Float within scope to meet patient care and operational needs
