Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
ResponsibilitiesLead Certified Nursing Assistants are a supervisory position and will be required to work 12‑hour shifts, managing the unit. Lead CNAs earn a $1 per hour stipend for providing excellent service while maintaining high service standards, as set forth in the job description. They must possess an excellent employment record as determined by the Director of Nursing and Staffing Coordinator.
Qualifications- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in SNF or LTC.
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification.
