The Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) is a field‑based role responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a clinical nurse educator team focused on educating healthcare professionals about a newly prescribed HIV PrEP therapy. The RCM ensures superior execution by the team and meets all team metrics. The manager reports to the Director, Field Educators – HIV PrEP.

• Lead and develop the clinical nurse educator team, fostering culture, hiring, training, and evaluating staff to become successful educators.
• Coach the team on quality execution, time management, action planning, and alignment with sales counterparts to build meaningful relationships with customers and office staff.
• Implement initiatives to reduce turnover, develop retention programs, and optimize territory staffing.
• Plan and conduct ongoing evaluation of team performance, set measurable objectives using PowerBI, and audit compliance and data accuracy.
• Drive efficiency improvements, ensuring consistent core processes and procedures for scalability.
• Collaborate with Momentum Life Sciences Client Solutions, Compliance, Training, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and client partner teams.
• Represent field clinical nurse educators’ value and performance to Momentum management and client teams.
• Engage in client training, field collaboration meetings, and share market insights.
• Achieve client and internal service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring quality monitoring volume and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical field management experience.
• Current, unrestricted nursing license (RN or NP) and valid driver’s license.
• Leadership experience and passion for empowering teams.
• Strong clinical skills and pharmaceutical business acumen.
• Proficiency with technology, including Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, strategic analysis, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to changing market and business demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and motivate team members as long‑term strategic partners.
• Master’s degree preferred.

• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Work is primarily sedentary with occasional standing and walking.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

Salary range: $150,000 – $160,000, with potential car allowance and eligibility to earn a targeted bonus.
