Registered Nurse; RN

Position Details and Responsibilities

Team Select is looking for a Registered Nurse to work 1:1 with medically fragile patients in their homes. Shift lengths range from 8 to 12 hours and are scheduled on days and nights, with full‑time and part‑time options available. You will receive hands‑on training from our Director of Nursing to feel confident providing the care your patients require.

Key duties include.

• 1:1 Patient Care – Assist with activities of daily living, tube‑feedings, trach care, and ventilator management.
• Electronic documentation – Record patient assessments, treatments, and other required care as detailed in the patient’s plan of care.

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and currently licensed in the state(s) in which you practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Negative TB test (can be provided).
