Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Internal Medicine

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a well-established team of providers and caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value care to an adult patient population at Sunset Internal Medicine. In this role, you will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care as well as inbox management. As part of an integrative primary care model, you ll work with behaviorists, pharmacists, and nursing staff to provide the best coordinated care to patients in Portland, Oregon.

• Full-time position (flexibility for 0.8 to 1.0 FTE)
