OHSU is seeking an experienced Intake Nurse Navigator for the Adult Ambulatory Oncology Clinic. You will work with Medical Oncology, Hematologic Malignancies, Cellular Therapy, Gynecologic Oncology, Palliative Care and other teams to coordinate care for solid tumor patients in Medical and Surgical Oncology.
The role requires hematology-oncology nursing experience, current Oregon RN license, BLS, and either OCN certification or 18 cancer-related CE hours.
