The RN Navigator will guide cancer patients through the treatment continuum, triage needs, and coordinate referrals to support care decisions and survivorship planning. Applicants should hold an Oregon RN license, BLS from American Heart Association, and have at least three years of oncology experience; OC N certification should be pursued within 18
