Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
  Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification:
  Required
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification:
  Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification:
  Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field:
  Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues for patients.
• Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery with other healthcare professionals.
• Evaluate patient progress toward achieving health outcomes.
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare team to provide a caring and healing environment.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and treatments.
