Registered Nurse

The position involves working in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The nurse may be required to float between various units based on skill sets. Floating may occur to assist with facility needs. Weekends are required, specifically every other weekend. The expected patient ratio is 1:4. The facility does not mandate call hours. Travel experience is required. Interdisciplinary support includes teams such as IV, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services.

The nurse will engage in patient care for adults and geriatric populations. A variety of nursing skills are necessary, including managing cardiac drips, telemetry, wound care, and more. Providers may be required to float to other facilities nearby. Failure to float may result in termination of the assignment.
