Conviva Senior Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, seeks an LPN/LVN to provide professional nursing care on-site at the Conviva Portland Care Center (107 Cedar Drive, Portland, TX 78374). You will report to the Clinic Administrator and deliver compassionate, patient-facing care within an assigned unit, clinic or region.
This role is 40 hours per week, with a competitive pay range ($48,900–$66,200 annually) and eligibility for a bonus plan.
