Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR, is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to guide cancer patients through the continuum of care. This RN triages physical, psychological, and social needs, offering information, education and referrals to support informed decisions and survivorship planning.
Required:
Oregon RN license, BLS, Oncology Certification within 18 months, and at least 3 years of oncology experience. Case management or clinical trial nursing experience preferred.
