Role: Nurse Educator - Professional Development Specialist
Responsibilities- Lead nursing orientation and staff development initiatives within regional shared services.
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs to enhance nursing competencies.
- Support continuous professional growth of nursing staff through targeted training.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- BLS certification.
- Degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years in nursing education or leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in acute care nursing.
This is a full-time, day-shift, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and an $8,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
