Central City Concerns Residential trauma-informed recovery facility in the heart of Portland and we're looking for compassionate, mission-driven Medical Providers to be part of it.
As a Provider, you'll work closely with our Medical Director to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to individuals impacted by substance use, mental health challenges, and houselessness.
What You Bring:
* Strong foundation in addiction medicine and mental health care
* Experience with underserved and homeless populations
* Active Oregon licensure (or eligibility) and DEA certification
* Commitment to health equity, harm reduction, and collaboration
What You'll Do:
* Perform admission evaluations, including buprenorphine induction
* Manage chronic and acute conditions
* Partner with a multidisciplinary team
* Be available for on-call medical support
Contract Timing/Duration:
Contract would begin the end of September and run for approximately 13 weeks.
Schedule:
Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00a or 8:30am to 5:00pm

Compensation:
Naturopath: $142,000 - $184,000
Nurse Practitioner: $135,000 - $176,000
Physician: $231,000 - $301,000
Physician Associate: $135,000 - $176,000
Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* A strong background in mental health and addiction medicine is preferred, as well as experience working with homeless and underserved populations.
* Demonstrated skills in primary care medicine with a minimum of 2 years' experience preferred.
* Current DEA certification.
* Must have current BLS certification prior to start.
* Must meet CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA.
* Available to work during standard hours.

* The OAR prohibits A&D program staff from having within the previous 3 years a DUI conviction or diversion, a felony conviction, or a conviction under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
* Must generally have the ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects, and climb stairs with reasonable or no accommodation.
* Must adhere to agency non-discrimination policies.
* Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, political affiliation, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles and sexual orientation and treat individuals with respect and dignity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
NP/PA
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant program required of all Nurse Practitioner applicants.
* If candidate is a Nurse Practitioner, graduate of an accredited school of nursing and has unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in Oregon or eligibility for such licensure.
* Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure with National certification or licensed to practice as a Physician's Assistant in Oregon, with at least 2 years' experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MD/DO/ND
* Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
* Graduation from a CNME-accredited, four-year Naturopathic Medical program.
* Must have completed a CNME-certified primary care residency program.
* Licensed naturopathic physician in the State of Oregon.
* Maintain an Active DEA Certification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Familiarity with standing orders for 16th and Burnside Recovery Center
* Provides admission orders for all new patients, including orders for the administration of Buprenorphine.
* Determines and formulates health histories and performs physical exams on all newly admitted patients.
